Terms of Service

Welcome to ManYue ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using ManYue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

ManYue is a comic reading application that allows users to browse, read, and manage comics from various sources. The App provides both free standard features and premium subscription services.

2. Membership Tiers

ManYue offers the following membership options:

ManYue Pro includes: iCloud Sync, WebDAV Sync, Cloud Storage Import, SMB Service, and Unlimited Concurrent Downloads.

ManYue Ultra includes: All Pro features plus Batch Export, Batch Operations, and all future premium features.

3. Subscription Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Lifetime Purchase

The ManYue Ultra Lifetime plan is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Once purchased, you will have permanent access to all Ultra features on the Apple ID used for the purchase. This purchase is non-recurring and does not require any further payment.

5. Genesis Membership

Users who purchased ManYue before February 22, 2026 are automatically granted Genesis Membership status. Genesis Members enjoy all features equivalent to ManYue Ultra at no additional cost, as a token of our gratitude for early support.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access control mechanisms.
• Distribute, share, or resell your account or subscription access.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and features, is the intellectual property of the ManYue development team. Comic content accessed through the App is the property of their respective creators and publishers. ManYue does not host or own any comic content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ManYue and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's refund policies. Please contact Apple Support directly for refund inquiries.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App or other reasonable means.
