Collector Pro Membership Service Agreement

Effective Date: May 5, 2026
Service Provider: ShuYu (this app)

1. Service Description

Collector Pro is an in-app purchase membership service provided by ShuYu (this app). After activation, during the valid period you can use member features such as browsing, searching, downloading, and remote reading from private libraries via NAS/WebDAV/SMB, OPDS, and Calibre, as well as Private WebDAV Sync.

2. Membership Types

3. Benefits and Limitations

Membership benefits only unlock features within this app and do not include any fees for third-party NAS, cloud storage, OPDS, Calibre, network access, bandwidth, or content services. You are responsible for owning and legally using the relevant libraries, servers, accounts, and book files.

If your membership expires, is cancelled, refunded, or revoked by the App Store, member-only features will be locked. Books already downloaded to your device, local reading, local notes, and local bookshelf management will remain available.

4. Purchase, Restore, and Refunds

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store. You can restore purchases from the membership page in this app, and you can view or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID subscription management page. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's process.

5. Data and Privacy

This app does not provide an account system. Membership status is verified via App Store transaction records, and a signed transaction summary is stored in the device Keychain as an offline fallback. For how reading data and sync data are handled, see the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to the Service

We may adjust membership benefits due to system capabilities, platform rules, or product changes. For existing purchasers, we will make reasonable efforts to keep core benefits available. Material changes will be communicated in the app or in update notes.

7. Disclaimer

This app does not host or distribute book content and does not guarantee that third-party NAS, OPDS, Calibre, or network services will always be available. Access failures caused by third-party services, network conditions, user configuration, or device limitations are not considered a failure of the membership service itself.
